Information of Release Candidate Domat IDE 2.7.0.3 

Domat IDE is a full-fledged replacement of previous versions of Merbon IDE. Retains all features from the latest version of Merbon IDE 2.5.0.7. 
Domat IDE version 2.7.0.x brings new features in the form of adding the IEC 60870-5-104 communication protocol, support for the Syslog protocol, adding a Modbus configurator, adding certificate management and much more. You can read about other news, fixes and compatibility in the Release Notes. The program supports OS with .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later – Windows 8 or later (Win8, Win8.1, Win10, Win11).

Release Candidate vs. Stable Release version

• Release Candidate is available to users before the final release of the official version. This version has gone through complete test scenarios performed by our team of testers. Now this version is undergoing pilot testing on selected installations of the Domat implementation team. It is also made available to users to try out the latest features. Technical support welcomes suggestions and comments on this release.
  
  
• Stable Release is the officially released stable version, which was created from the Release Candidate version by incorporating corrections of critical functions and comments from the pilot testing of the Domat implementation team and from users who reported individual errors and comments to technical support. Any other ideas for new features are moved to the next milestone and may not appear until the next Release Candidate version.

External HMI editor version 2.4.0.11, which is used to create and edit web panels based on older versions (up to 2.3.0.x) for use in PLCs with runtime 2.4.0.x, on PLC with Linux operating system (mark220LX, mark320LX, markMX.2, markMX, IMIO110.2, IMIO105.2, ICIO205.2, mark130.2, wPLC750-8101 and wPLC750-8102). It is used after updating the PLC from runtime versions 2.3.0.x. on 2.4.0.x. The internal HMI editor Merbon IDE in versions 2.4.0.x cannot import and process older graphic formats of the external editor based in versions 2.3.0.x, for editing older projects after the transition to the new version of the IDE it is necessary to use this new external HMI Editor. (A text menu can be imported; if the project does not contain graphics panels but only a text menu, this external editor is not required.)
