The line is established in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter also "ZOO") and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By filing a report through the Ethics Line, protection of identified whistleblowers from retaliation is ensured. In the case of an anonymous submission of a report, protection is provided to the informant according to the ZOO from the moment his identity is revealed.
The company Domat Control System s.r.o. in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers, narrows the range of persons from whom it receives and saves notifications in the ZOO regime:
Other whistleblowers (eg business partners and other third parties) may also make a report through the Ethics Line. These reports will be investigated objectively and independently, but outside the scope of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Please note that the Domat Control System s.r.o. company uses a shared Internal Notification System, which is managed by the parent company ČEZ, a. s., as an authorized entity according to § 8, paragraph 2) ZOO. If you do not want your report to be investigated by ČEZ, a. s., state this fact in your report.

The given email addresses of the relevant persons are used for contacting them in order to arrange a personal meeting for submitting a verbal notification. Do not enter your notification as a notifier through these emails. To submit a report, use one of the options listed in the I want to submit a report section.
As a whistleblower, you can also file your report at the Ministry of Justice.
