Replacements of phased-out products

In the 20-years old history of the company, products are continuously redesigned and new ones introduced to market. However, the process also includes streamlining and phasing out of items which can not be produced anymore because of technical reasons or due to replacement by new products. In the following table there are phased-out products together with their replacements, if available.

For the sake of clarity, the table only includes parts of the control system (PLCs, I/O modules, room units, converters etc.), not the peripherals. For these, replacement is easier and customers can usually handle it themselves.

Please contact technical support if in doubt, because the replacement solution may vary and depend on the installation context. Not all features of the old product may be used, which allows functional replacement even in case of partial compatibility. For items like LCD displays and industrial PCs, which are replaced by new models at a fast rate, we are able to recommend a replacement by another manufacturer.

Our goal is that the lifetime of the control system does not limit the lifetime of the entire technology. We are committed to protecting your investment and are always ready to search for a solution that will maintain or extend the time the technology can operate safely and reliably at minimal cost.
