The local time in our time zone is fed to the input. So in timezone Prague, Berlin, etc. variable RTC.
If the runtime works in another zone, it is necessary to make a correction, so the Portuguese add an hour to the local time and the Bulgarians (Rekove, Finove,….) Subtract the hour and then send that time to the input of the block.
It's a little weird, but a feature.
