The local time in our time zone is fed to the input. So in timezone Prague, Berlin, etc. it is the variable RTC.
If the runtime works in another zone, it is necessary to make a correction, so e.g. for Portugal add an hour to the local time and in Bulgaria subtract the hour and then bring that time to the input of the block.
