When disconnecting the PC, the port on the M020 may be "closed" and subsequently not communicated with the virtual COM port on the PC. To prevent this phenomenon, it is recommended to set the following parameters in the M020 web interface:
Menu Configuration & Network - Advanced network settings,
TCP Keep Alive Settings: Idle Timeout 0, 0, 30 seconds, Probe interval 10 s, Probe count 5, Store extra byte.
