Disfunctional Web Panel in Windows 7

How to solve if after copying the files generated by the HMI Editor to the "working" directory of the WebPanel, it means C:Program Files (x86) RcWareWebPanel WinServicewebpanel, the webpanel still does not work, the browser shows a white page?

It has been proven to use a port other than 80.

Even so, the browser throws a message that there are no access rights to the directory.

C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFramework64v2.0.50727Temporary ASP.NET Files.

This directory does not actually exist and must be created manually and assigned write permissions for the user for whom the report requires it, ie the right folder, Properties, Security, Edit.

.NET writes some temporary files to the directory, this is not a webpanel error.

Pay attention to the directory name. The name is "Temporary ASP.NET Files". In the browser where you are notified of the exception, you are confused, because the whole path is underlined, but the word "Files" is no longer, and it is a different color.
