When integrating pulse converters on M-Bus AEW21.1 into MiniPLC (this is an older type, today AEW 310.2 is produced) pay attention to setting timeouts in data point communication parameters (Special params - Telegram timeout): in case of non-communication it is necessary to increase this value from default 400 to 2000 ms.
Please note, for configuration and recording of initial values, a special cable is needed, probably RS232-TTL (?) (for new types AEW310.2 the cable is USB-something, communication via M-Bus is the same). So after M-Bus, the entry of values may not be accessible at all for security reasons.
